This week on #FaeFriday, we’re talking about Leprechauns! Did you know that leprechauns are viewed as a type of faerie? With St. Patties Day right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to talk about a Leprechaun’s treasure! So this week’s prompt is:

This prompt was co-created by the wonderful Leah over at her blog Leah Books & Cooks. Make sure to check it out and her Twitter - she is the loveliest person!! ❤️

My hidden treasure of a book would definitely have to be The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman! I found this book one day on my lunch break in Waterstones and I knew instantly that I needed it.

The Invisible Library is about a mysterious inter-dimensional library that contains every book ever written. Secret agents of the library protect the books as well as go into alternate dimensions to retrieve the books that they don't have. In this book we follow Irene as she is sent to an alternate London with the charming Kai who may be hiding a few secrets of his own. Together they have to retrieve a very important book, only to discover that is has already been stolen, whilst trying to evade the dangerous rogue Alberich a malicious Fae who wants to destroy the Library at any cost.

I loved this story and it was one that I couldn't put down! I keep meaning to do a review for this book but I enjoyed it so much that I found it hard to put into words how I felt about it! I've only talked to a few people who have read it so it does feel like my own hidden treasure - but if you have read it please let me know because I need to geek out about it with someone!!

Plus what makes it even better is that it is a whole series that I cannot wait to dive in to!

What is your hidden treasure of a book? I look forward to everybody's FaeFriday posts and feel free to join in! I'll see you next week with the next prompt! ☺️ In the mean time, you can find me on my Twitter and Instagram!
